Notes for the reviewer (removed before publication)
- Why German law. The founder currently lives in Frankfurt am Main and the company question is open (
docs/GOLTRIK-APP-PLAN.md§3.9, "Where the business sits"). While the operator is a natural person resident in Germany offering a telemedia service, § 5 DDG applies (it replaced § 5 TMG on 14 May 2024). It requires, easily recognisable and permanently available: the name and a serviceable postal address (for a natural person, the full name; a P.O. box is not enough), details enabling fast electronic contact and direct communication (email plus a second channel; a phone number is the usual choice), the register entry and number if registered, and the VAT ID if one exists. Please confirm whether a sole trader with no revenue yet needs the full set, and whether a business address (virtual office) can replace the home address. - The home address. Research 06 §12.1 and plan §3.9 note that both stores also publish a monetising developer's address and phone (EU trader status). A company or a business address keeps the founder's home address off this page and off the store listings.
- § 18 (2) MStV (person responsible for journalistic-editorial content): the site has no editorial content today, so the draft names none. Please confirm.
- Consumer dispute resolution. § 36 VSBG requires the statement for traders with a website or terms; traders with 10 or fewer employees are exempt from the information duty but may state it voluntarily. The EU online dispute resolution platform (Regulation (EU) No 524/2013) was closed in July 2025, so the draft carries no ODR link [ODR: confirm the repeal applies on the publication date].
- Language. German imprints are customarily in German. Should a German version sit beside this one?
- Credits (v0.2). GeoNames data is CC BY 4.0: the credit names the source, links the licence and says the data was changed (a subset). The app shows this page in Settings, and goltrik.com/imprint on the web, so both builds carry it.
- In the app. The plan asks for the imprint to be reachable from the app as well (research 06 row 43). The link from the app's settings is a one-line follow-up in
apps/play, owned by another session at the time of this draft.
